After our Autumn Conference on 22 November New Law Journal and The Legal Diary both picked up on the hot topic of the day – PACCAR – and the efforts being made to get legislation through parliament as an antidote to The Supreme Court ruling.
Both our co-Presidents Martyn Day and David Greene were quoted, calling for legislators to clarify the current position and encourage them to go further and take a look at the whole collective action regime.
