Simon Bishop

Simon is a Partner at Hausfeld.

Simon joined Hausfeld in 2017 and has been involved in collective litigation and redress for most of his career.  He is currently acting in one opt-out collective action before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, several opt-in claims in various fora, and is also engaged in Judicial Review proceedings which, at their heart, seek collective redress in the financial services sector.  Simon is also engaged in two collective claims in mainland European jurisdictions, with a focus on consumer and investor rights.
