Sallie is a Partner at Irwin Mitchell.
Sallie has specialised in group litigation since joining Pannone Napier (part of Irwin Mitchell) in 1991. She is the National Lead Partner at Irwin Mitchell for all personal injury group actions – involving all types of domestic and foreign accident and injury cases, as well as clinical negligence, abuse and defective product claims.
She is currently the lead solicitor in the Pelvic Organ Prolapse (mesh) litigation against Johnson and Johnson Medical Ltd and in the PIP Surgeon Litigation. She acts for various families of the victims of David Fuller (HRA cases). She has recently settled claims brought by bereaved families following the Air Ethiopia (Boeing) air crash and claims for service personnel in relation to the prescription of lariam. She also specialises in various types of claims relating to hospital related infections, breast screening claims and in clinical negligence group cases involving surgical error.
