Jon is a partner in the London office of Johnson Law Group. He has more than two decades of experience handling large-scale High Court commercial and group litigation. His background includes working on landmark group actions at Harcus Sinclair and he was later one of the founding partners of Harcus Parker, a specialist group litigation firm.
Jon’s particular interest as a member of CORLA is the wider profile of collective redress litigation in society. He believes strongly that the Government should implement the Civil Justice Council’s recommendations for a general class action regime and that CORLA should be at the forefront of pushing for a change in the law to effect this.
