Guy is a Partner at Pogust Goodhead and has particular expertise in acting in complex multi-claimant and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
As a partner at Keller Postman UK, Guy brought several collective redress proceedings in the High Court on behalf of many thousands of UK claimants. Guy has over a decade of experience in high-value commercial litigation and civil fraud, including successfully litigating cases in the Commercial Court, Chancery Court, Court of Appeal and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Guy is a solicitor-advocate with Rights of Audience in the Higher Courts of England and Wales. Guy started his career as a litigator at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where he trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2009 before spending three years at specialist litigation and arbitration firm Signature Litigation LLP and two years at Keller Postman UK. Guy was the co-author of the UK section of Chambers Global Practice Guide: Litigation 2019.
