Emma Birch

Emma is a Partner at KP Law and leads the Competition and Workers’ Rights practice areas.

Emma is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in collective redress and group actions with a particular focus on competition damages actions, as well as workers’ rights. She has led a number of large-scale, complex claims across a range of sectors and has represented groups of claimants in recent notable competition damages cases in collective proceedings and in multi-party litigation including the Truck Cartel litigation and is currently engaged on abuse of dominance claims in the tech sector. She also represents claimants in claims for equal pay against the largest UK supermarkets.
