Eleanor is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex collective redress, mainly in relation to breaches of competition law and data protection legislation. Eleanor has a breadth of experience in managing collective, multi-party and representative claims in both the Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court. Having been involved in some of the leading competition cases over the last decade, she now works at the forefront of the collective redress regime in the UK and has advised on a number of the collective proceedings now making their way through the Tribunal at all stages, including pre-action, settlement and trial.
