Eleanor is Of Counsel at Charles Lyndon.
She focuses on collective redress in relation to breaches of competition law and data protection legislation. She has a breadth of experience in managing multi-party claims and representing claimants in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal. Eleanor was a senior member of the legal teams advising Dr. Rachael Kent and Elizabeth Coll in their applications for collective proceedings orders in the Competition Appeal Tribunal against Apple and Google respectively. She previously worked in the competition litigation teams at Mishcon de Reya LLP and Hausfeld & Co LLP and formerly worked at the Office of Fair Trading, a non-ministerial government department which enforced consumer protection and competition law before being amalgamated into the UK’s CMA in 2014.
