Before joining KP Law, Carter practised at a leading offshore law firm where she advised and represented clients in complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes. She now acts for claimants in the Dieselgate Pan-NOx group litigation against major car manufacturers and in equal pay claims against the largest UK supermarkets.
