Tom Longstaff

Tom is a barrister and Partner of KP Law.

In his role as Head of Product Liability, Tom oversees a number of high-value claims against manufacturers of defective products across a range of sectors. Tom is currently leading claims which relate to the sale of pharmaceutical products, protective equipment, and consumer goods, and has a particular interest in claims relating to the sale of products to the mass consumer market that are harmful to health.

Before its merger with KP Law, Tom was a founding partner of Lanier, Longstaff, Hedar & Roberts LLP, and previously practiced at a magic circle law firm before transferring to the Bar, where he was instructed on a number of high-value group litigation matters.
